Antique Design Service

Teresa has restored several historic homes that have ranged from recapturing the grand splendor of Victorian Mansions to the primitive western Montana Log Cabin.  She has enjoyed doing an Arts & Crafts Bungalow for an attorneys office. She finds all projects to be unique and exciting.

Teresa will design and manage the project of the exterior and/or interior restoration of your Historic Home.  She will decorate using subcontractors for construction, painting, flooring, electrical, plumbing and landscaping.  She will procure the architectural elements, furnishings and accouterments to restore the interior to delineate the period of your historic home with period antiques and colors.  Projects range from the entire house to a single room in your home or office.  All of this can be accomplished while blending your personal style and needs to capture a moment in time.

For example, a single room could be designed with a pivotal piece of antique furniture or artwork...  maybe using a family heirloom you already have for inspiration.  If your style is more eclectic she could design a room that reveals your unique personality.

The Antique Design Service fees vary depending on the scope of each project.  There is a significant savings on the antiques purchased from Woodbourne Antiques for these projects.

Teresa's current personal project is the Woodbourne House which is in the Accomac, Virginia Historic District and was constructed from 1725 to 1760.

"I look forward to discussing your personal project.  I only can do a handful of projects each year and try to match my talents and interests to the projects.  Let's discuss your idea and see how I can help you."
