Light Fixture

• Rare Quezal 5 light medallion fixture with 5 signed iridescent gold glass shades  $6,295.00   SALE $4,295.00  

History:  In 1901 Martin Bach and Thomas Johnson, who had worked for Louis Tiffany, opened a competing glass works in Brooklyn, NY.  "The Quezal Art Glass and Decorating Company" produced wares closely resembling those of Tiffany  until the plant closed in 1925.  While they produced mostly vases the glass lighting shades are extremely rare.
